Universal Theme

The universal theme was a good choice because it has a lot of things already set up. We can add things like google analytics, contact information and configure the dropdown menus at the top to anything we want. The config page is huge and we will have to go through it, but it is very flexible. I left most of the default content on here just to give you an idea of how much is available. We will need to replace all of the assets and links with our own. There is even a carousel option on the front page, if we decide to add that.
